COVID-19 | OPENING PROTOCOL

WE ARE OPENING OUR DOORS!

(AND IT’S GOOD TO SEE YOU)

It has been awhile, but we are thrilled to be able to welcome you back into our store! But things will look and feel different. At this time, I want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to keep you and our employees safe during these tentative steps to normalcy.

These steps will adapt over time as we navigate our way through changing standards. We would love to hear from you with your suggestions for measures that will make you feel comfortable.
Please review the steps and changes that we are making to help you feel comfortable with your shopping experience:

Gloves and Masks
We want to see your lovely smile, but we also want you to feel safe. We will supply a disposable face mask and gloves for you to wear during your visit to the store.

Physical Distancing and Limited Number of People in Store
We will be following the mandated 2 meters physical distancing protocol for your safety and ours.
We will be limiting the number of customers in the store at one time.Bring on the personalized service!

Increased Cleaning
We will be cleaning every door handle, including the front and change room doors, frequently. High traffic surfaces such as the cash desk, and debit machine will get attention after every purchase. We will be using a solution of 80% alcohol used by front line workers as it is an effective disinfectant without the use of bleach.

Employees
Our employees will be wearing a face mask while working. While we have debated the use of gloves for employees at the store, we are supporting the medically proven virus killing practice of frequent hand washing over the potential for cross contamination caused by extended glove wearing. Employees will be required to wash their hands after every transaction and at intervals in between.

Change Room Methods and Returned Clothing
Every other change room will be used on a rotating basis to ensure distance between customers. Once vacated, that change room will be sanitized and cleaned thoroughly before being allowed to be used again.
Clothes tried on but not purchased will be pulled for a period of time and steamed before being returned to the sales floor.

Debit Machine
Thanks to policy changes by Visa and Mastercard, most tap limits have been increased to $250 to allow for more contactless transactions through the tap feature.

Plexiglass Screen
Through the looking glass! A plexiglass screen has been installed at the cash desk.

Increased Air Flow
Can you feel the breeze? When the weather will allow it, doors will be propped open to help fresh air circulate throughout the store.
